A full day of wellness, movement, sound and real human connection on our hidden historic Anglesey estate at Plas Llechylched.

Hosted at Plas Llechylched, FERAL Fest is an open invitation to experience the world of FERAL.

The day is yours to shape. Join everything or just turn up to breathe and connect with yourself, others and nature. There are 4 sessions (movement, breathwork, soundbath and tribe talk) running throughout the day with some absolutely amazing facilitators leading them:

Leo Oppenheim bringing animal flow - bodyweight training combining fitness, mobility and ground-based movement inspired by how animals move, and subconscious breathwork.

Calum Stronach bringing subconcious breathwork, where we will use breath to access parts of ourselves that sit beneath conscious awareness, and grounding practices.

Angharad from Create Space on sound healing/sound bath, a therapeutic practice that uses vibrations and frequencies to help calm the nervous system, promote relaxation and create emotional and energetic balance.

Rachael Love leading our group grounding practices with nature/sound baths (how birdsong and nature can calm the nervous system and instil safety in us) and also hosting a ceremonial cacao tent.

Tom Edgar hosting a Tribe Talk on the things that keep us playing small, and how we can overcome them through combining wellness practices with applications to our life and businesses.

We will end the day with an outdoor ecstatic dance rave where we will all move freely how we want underneath the sky and trees as we rewild.

Your ticket includes all sessions. Each session is capped at 25 people to keep things intimate and a real sense of safety. Sessions repeat throughout the day so you can experience everything if you would like to.
