Movement + Breath
From guided breathwork and somatic movement to strength sessions, cold water immersion and outdoor training. Movement shifts energy and helps people reconnect with the present moment.
FERAL is lived experience, passion, and pure North Wales soul.
Our retreats and gatherings are shaped by founder Tom’s own journey. A journey through pushing too hard, losing perspective, and ultimately rediscovering what it means to feel truly alive again.
FERAL exists to help people reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the natural world.
Most people assume Tom is in property. In one sense, that’s true. He has spent the past few years assembling and developing hospitality sites across North Wales.
But property is just the infrastructure.
What he’s building is something much bigger. A new kind of hospitality designed to reconnect people with what modern life has quietly eroded: authenticity, community and nature.
Tom has always seen the world differently. After studying biomedical science, he chose a less conventional path, travelling, creating ventures and bringing people together through shared experiences.
Property became a tool for freedom, but following the traditional model eventually felt empty.
That shift led him to Anglesey, where the vision for FERAL began to take shape.
Today, FERAL is evolving into more than a collection of places. It is the beginning of a new category of hospitality, centred on reconnection and the human experience.
Connection with Authentic Self
Understanding who you really are beneath expectation, pressure and old patterns.
Connection with Community
Shared experiences that build trust, belonging and meaningful relationships.
Connection with Nature
Returning to natural environments that restore clarity and perspective.
FERAL is built around a collection of practices and environments that help people reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
Across our retreats and events, these elements shape the rhythm of each experience. No two gatherings are exactly the same, but they are all rooted in the same foundations.
From guided breathwork and somatic movement to strength sessions, cold water immersion and outdoor training. Movement shifts energy and helps people reconnect with the present moment.
Fire circles, cacao gatherings, storytelling, music and shared reflection.
Simple rituals that create a sense of presence and belonging.
Expect seasonal ingredients, fire cooking, communal tables and nourishing meals inspired by the land and sea around us. Food becomes part of the gathering.
Sauna, cold water, treatments and quiet spaces allow people to rest, reset and restore their nervous systems.
Wild swimming, coastal walks, nature trails and elemental challenges reconnect people with the land and their own resilience.
This corner of the island offers vast, uninterrupted views.
Open fields, wild beaches and distant horizons where the mountains of Eryri rise across the water.
There is a natural stillness here. A quiet sense of space that allows people to slow the noise, regain perspective and think clearly.
For centuries this landscape has been a place of gathering and reflection. A place where people came to reconnect with the land, with each other, and with themselves.
That feeling still exists here today. It’s often the first thing people notice when they arrive.
The people behind the scenes who help bring each retreat and gathering to life.
FERAL is more than a venue. It’s a growing collective of facilitators, practitioners and collaborators, each at the top of their craft.
Every retreat is shaped by a handpicked network of chefs, coaches, musicians, therapists, artists and guides from across North Wales, bringing energy, skill and presence to every moment.
These are some of the people who bring FERAL to life.
